• Device and browser metadata used by Firebase App Check to verify legitimate traffic.
• Usage data such as pages visited, collected via standard web analytics.

2. AI-Powered Features

Our BudBuddy chat assistant processes your messages through a third-party AI provider (currently Groq / OpenAI-compatible API) to generate responses. Your conversation text is sent to this provider solely to fulfill your request and is not used to train third-party models. Chat history is stored in your account for continuity and is not shared publicly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill orders.
• Provide AI-powered product guidance and education.
• Moderate reviews and prevent abuse (rate limiting, account-age checks).
• Send transactional communications (order confirmations, account alerts).
• Improve site performance and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, authentication, database).
• AI inference providers (Groq) for chat processing.
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law.

5. Age Verification

Treefireco sells THCa hemp flower products. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (21+ in most U.S. states) to use this site. We use an age-verification gate to confirm eligibility before granting access to product content.
